Do we need to update firmware?  My current firmware is 01.01.137.NCS?

Hello stevec1952,

 

When it comes to firmware, we have fewer control over it since the service providers are the ones that push the firmware version to the device.

The latest FW vary by service provider.  Your service provider will push the latest FW to the modem as needed.  

Current Setup: Sonic Fiber > G54
