ive tried too access my user interface but no luck. it says i have an unsupported browser so i downgraded to the minimum it asks for and still no luck. i know my credentials are correct when login but its not letting me login. i havent changed the password infact ive never been able to login at any point.

When logging into the web-based interface (GUI) of the SBG8300 for the first time, you would have been prompted to create a login password.

If you have forgotten the password, the solution is to perform a factory reset on the gateway. After the reset, you can access the interface again, and it will prompt you to create a new password.

If you prefer to complete the setup using the web-based interface (GUI) after the reset, please follow the steps provided in the link below:

But if it prompts you for an email address and password, it means the credentials are managed through the Surfboard Central app. 
Note: The Surfboard Central app syncs with the GUI during the initial setup process.
