I have 2 houses. I bought a SBG8300 for one of the homes in January of 2024. It works great so I bought a second SBG8300 for my other home March 1st. It works fine but I want to change the password and am having trouble figuring out how to do it. I have surfboard manager from the first modem but cant log in.

You can use only Surfboard central app to access modem settings or for the setup. For one unit (modem sbg8300) you can setup the SBC app on one device and for other unit (modem) you need to use separate SBC app on different device or phone using different login credentials that means using different email and password for setting up the modem. you wont be able to use one surfboard central app for two modem.
