Complications with Arris SBG8300 and Eero devices

The 2 systems seem to be interrupting one another. My internet goes in and out. I have a Arris SBG 8300 Modem not even a year old and 2 new Eero boxes from WOW Internet and Cable Provider.

Have been having several issues with Internet shutting down abruptly which shuts off cable. Just trying to figure it all out. Lady at cable said my Modem needs to be in Bridge mode. Not sure how to make sure it is.

Those 2 systems together create a double nat.

You can either put the sbg8300 in modem only mode (see link one)

or you can put the eero system in access point mode if it has that feature.
