I have a SBG8300 and am having connectivity issues. My local internet provider said everything was good on their end suggested I call ARRIS to see if there is a problem with this device. Can you assist

Can you be more specific about what kind of errors you are encountering?
- Have you checked the console for signal strength and SNR?
- Have you checked the log for errors?
- Is the problem with the network connection, or with WiFi?
