All of the devices on my sbg8300 network are showing up on the arris web interface but only 1 device is showing up on surfboard central app on my iphone 13 pro. I tried uninstalling the app, rebooting the sbg8300, and then reinstalling the app. I also tried the factory reset of the sbg8300.

The same issue occurs when I look at the SBC app on my iPad.

If you perform a factory reset on the SBG8300, the Surfboard Central app will lose its sync with the device. Reinstalling the app will not resolve this issue it may appear logged in, but it will not sync.

The Surfboard Central app pairs with the gateway and also syncs with the web-based interface (GUI). To fix this, you need to remove the SBG8300 from the app and set it up again to restore synchronization.

Removing the SBG8300 from the app and setting it up again did not resolve the issue. The app still shows the ethernet connected iMac but, unlike the web interface, it does not show any of my Wi-Fi connected devices.
