1 surfboard app not working
2 can’t find out if my wi-fi modem is under warranty for tech support because it won’t recognize the serial number
3 the “premium” tech support number hangs up every time
4 can’t find the answer in the community
I tried to use the surfboard app and there is no log in it just says get started and every path I go with the get started there is a problem. This is the worst experience i have ever had trying to get help with something
