i have configured port forwarding successfully in one instance, but have tried to open two ports needed for my NAS and have not had success despite following the instructions at https://arris.my.salesforce-sites.com/consumers/articles/General_FAQs/SBG8300-Port-Forwarding-Setup
it’s not clear what the Service Type should be set to and i tried a couple different ones with no luck.

In this case you can try changing the service type to same TCP/UDP mode. May i know what issue you are facing with this particular device so that we can help you with the exact details whether the device needs port forwarding or port triggering.
