To download a PDF for the user guide for SBG8300, I would suggest visiting www.arris.com/consumersupport.

Select your product model number (SBG8300). Under the specifications section, you will find the User Guide.

i did that two days ago and AGAIN just now it does not take meto anything that looks like a PDF file.  I will try it one more time.
