Am I missing something

This Arris SGB8300 just refuses to connect. Can someone help with some info, I am lost.

Did you check with the ISP? 


I did.   They said to reach out to Arris.  I’m still now sure why


What are the led’s on it doing? 

Do wired devices work? 

Is the wifi still broadcasting? 

What issue in detail are you having? The more you tell us, the better we can help. 

Is this a new modem/router?
