Since you're having trouble connecting the printer to Wi-Fi, could you please let me know if you're trying to connect to the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz network?

I recommend connecting the printer to the 2.4 GHz network. If the issue persists, try changing the security mode and reconnecting the printer.

To change the security mode, open a web browser and enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar, then log in with your credentials.

Go to Gateway > Summary > Connections > Wi-Fi > Networks and select "Edit" for the 2.4 GHz network.

Finally, change the security mode to WPA/WPA2-PSK (TKIP/AES) and save the changes.
