How to enable parental control on SBG8300

I have the same problem with the 8300 model.   I don’t have access to the devices I want to block so can’t adjust parental control settings or address settings and they seem to continue to connect even if I change the passwords and reboot. Also the surfboard app shows devices connected to a different channel than what they are logged in on.

In this case since you mentioned that you have changed the WIFI credentials but still you see the devices shows on the connected device list please make sure that your devices are connected to modem WIFI network to block the device under parental control option. Follow the steps mentioned on the below article to block devices under parental control
