Over the last couple days, my internet keeps going in and out. I had cox come out and they tested everything on their end and said nothing is wrong. Being that my modem is less than 2 years old, he thought maybe it hasn’t been updating. How can I check on this?

 

Are you facing intermittent connection on WIFI connected devices or even with direct connection?

Have you noticed the lights on the modem when you lose internet, any lights going off or flashing?
