Hello, we have a SBG8300.

I got a new phone and the surfboard central app has me starting over with set up, but it claims it doesn't support my model and directs me to the other surfboard app. The other surfboard apps needs a log in, and I can only get that log in info from the central app that I'm forced to restart set up on.

 

Unsure how to proceed. We can still use our Wi-Fi, but I have no way to get in there to change or update anything

If you previously set up the Surfboard Central app on another phone, sign out of the app on that device first. Then, install the app on your new phone. It may look like you’re starting from scratch, but when you reach the step asking for your email address, enter it and select Sign In. This will log you into your existing account.
