ARRIS SURFboard SBG8300
My modem is not powering on when plugged in. No lights come on. Other devices plugged into the same outlet are working properly. I tried removing and replacing the power supply several times. I have tried another outlet with no success. 

In this case we would suggest you to reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance if the modem is under warranty.
