Brand new out of box and Ethernet ports do not work. They flash green during startup but then stay dark.
I'm just going to return via Amazon if there's no real advice. The WiFi is just fine.

Try a factory reset first. See if that helps.
If it doesn’t, an exchange on amazon is probably faster than trying to RMA it.
