no internet and unable to access SBC app on SBG8300

The Arris router is not getting internet from xfinity. Try to use the app and is not working.

Surfboard central app will allow you to access or complete the setup only when your device is using the modem Wi-Fi network so please make sure your modem is activated successfully by the internet service provider and if you have Xfinity app check on your app whether your modem shows online. 

Could you please help us with the LED status on your modem to check on this further.
