The Arris SBG8300 gateway does not currently support remote reboot functionality.
If you need to reboot the device, you'll have to do it manually by Unplug the gateway from the power source, wait about 10 seconds, and plug it back in. and also you can do it in the web interface

To reboot the SBG8300 gateway via the web interface:
- Log in to the gateway’s web interface.
- Navigate to Troubleshooting > Restart/Restore.
- Click on Restart Gateway.
