Why can I not register my new modem on the website?

In this case of registering new modem doesn't happening on the Arris registration site you can try registering modem by logging into the modem interface, when you try accessing modem GUI or interface for first time setup it will ask you to register modem first so you can try on that.
When I did the install and did try to register my S33 but the Arris back end system had issues so the registration was not working from the app or from cable modem manager and now we can’t do it. Numerous people are experiencing the same issue. Registering the product we just bought should be easy if a link was provided on the website or by clicking on a VISIBLE link in the app or cable modem manager. It is unacceptable not to say ridiculous to be told to reset the modem and redo the install in the hope of getting a screen to enter registration data. The install was done and the cable modem works fine. The issue is being able to register our Arris S33 product.
