Roku (2) units are not connecting to network on SBG8300

Roku (2) units are not connecting to network, but phone, Roku TV are connecting.  I have rebooted the Arris MDL: SBG8300 twice. Unplugged the roku devises but still reading as "not connected". Green power and wifi lights are on and solid.

Since the Roku devices are not connecting to wifi, could you confirm the device models to assist you further?
