I recently installed an SBG3800.  The Surfboard Web Manager only shows 9 connected devices; the Surfboard Central iOS app shows 0 connections.  I can see all 12 connections on the Fing app.  I have tried restarting the modem.

Could you try to setup the SBC app on different mobile phone (Android) and check whether the connected devices are listed.

Comparison of results from Fing, Web Manager, and iOS app.  I can understand why the modem and router aren’t in the Web Manager connections however I don’t understand why the TVs ae missing and why the app shows none.

Version 4.3.4. I downloaded from the iOS App Store  when I installed the modem.
