Is there a software or firmware update?  my Xfinita speed is high but download speeds are low, where in the Arris site do i fine or manage my divice?

To begin troubleshooting, let's first isolate the issue. Could you please confirm the speed plan you’re currently subscribed to? Also, let us know whether the slow speeds are occurring only on Wi-Fi-connected devices, on wired connections, or on both.
