SBG8300  was dropping internet a few times per day. Did a hard reset with button on back. 

Signed on to Surfboard access on web and it asked to set a new wifi password.

I was able to setup all devices successfully and now it will not allow me to access the modem via web.

admin password does not work, my old user and pass does not work and nor does the wifi password I setup work  with user admin or my old user name.

How to I access ?
