I recently upgraded to the SBG8300 router. I have reconnected all my wifi devices for the exception of my Google Mini. It fails to connect via wifi. I have performed a hard reset to the mini, added both 2.4g and 5g as network options,, tried new google mini and spoken to tech support. It worked fine with my old router. I use it as the doorbell chime for my Nest front door camera. Google has no ideas and claims it’s the set up of my SBG8300. Arris tech support can’t find the answer either.

We understand that you are unable to connect Google Mini to Wi-Fi. Could you please let us know what is the error message you can see when you're trying to connect to 2.4GHz ?

Please try to change Wi-Fi channels to either 1, 6 or 11 and let us know !
