SBG8300 Bricked?

Hello.

It seems that my modem is bricked. Everything was working until the connection dropped. One solid blue light appears for the power icon. Browser will not connect to 192.168.0.1 or alternatives. Tried 15s , 30-30-30 method to factory reset, doesn’t work. Power cycling multiple times does nothing as well.

Can this be salvaged? Any help would be appreciated.

when you did all that, did you have the coax removed? Try disconnecting it and then the reset/reinstall

I have tried it. Unfortunately, the problem remains with just the blue power light responding and nothing else.

the only other thing I’d recommend trying is to reconnect it to coax (make sure its a good coax connection to the isp) and see if the ISP can re-provision it. that potentially can overwrite corrupt firmware if they can connect/reprovision
