After a brief power outage i have no internet. Both lights are green. I have reset the modem and confirmed with Xfinity it's activated and they can see it.

Do you see the default Wi-Fi name of your modem on any device to connect?
Try connecting to the Wi-Fi with and without coax cable.
Please check on the Xfinity app whether the modem is online or offline.
