SBG8300 Devices not listed in app

I have followed the troubleshooting steps from other articles including:

restarting the router/modem

reinstalling the app and setting up the router again

factory resetting my router

still cannot get devices to show up on the app. They show up in the web GUI ok but I want to take advantage of parental controls and have the ability to block all my kid’s devices at once

Please ensure that the mobile phone used to set up the app is connected to the main Wi‑Fi network of the SBG8300, as this is required for the app to sync properly.

If you have already performed a factory reset on the gateway, the app will no longer remain synced. In this case, you will need to remove the gateway from the app, perform a complete factory reset, and then start the setup process again from the beginning.
