Restarting modem, pc does not work, the problem is getting progressively worse, and app does not change settings.

Are you facing slow speed issue on the devices connected to the modem network or internet dropping on the gaming devices alone?

Do you have a screensnip of the cable connections page and event logs?

Is it only on wifi you have issues or is it wired devices as well?

As you had mentioned there is a packet loss and dropping on the pc, lets check the cable signal levels by clicking the below link for wired internet:

i tried to send a file of it, screenshot, or pasted edition of the logs but neither would send and now i acccidentally clicked your solution as the response while responding using mobile

also it's both the wired and wireless connection as an update...
