We have a SBG8300. When logging into Cisco AnyConnect, It is saying “The VPN connection to the selected secure gateway requires a routable IPv4 physical adapter address. Please move to an IPv4 network and retry the connection or select a different secure gateway.”
Not sure if it matters, but this a government laptop.
We have another home laptop that also logs into a VPN, but it is commercial company VPN, and with no issues.
Suggestions?

Possibly, For security reason the configuration on the government laptop will block accessing internet so to check on this further we would suggest you to reach out to the IT team to isolate this issue. If you can access internet from SBG8300 on all the other devices except this laptop then the issue is not on the Arris modem.
