SBG8300 low upload speed and time to time lost internet

Hi, i have been using the gateway around 3 years. So far it was good. But more than a month i’ve been having trouble with my internet. Specially my upload speed is too low around 450kn. My ISP is Breezeline, I contacted them for the issue but the told me everything should be working, and also they blame my gateway for it and told me to get a new modem. How can i know whether the problem is the gateway or ISP? Both lights are green

When it comes to upload speed issues, there is no troubleshooting that can be performed on our end, as upload speeds are dependent on your Internet Service Provider.

We recommend reprovisioning the SBG8300 and checking the cable signal levels within the gateway. 

When the signal levels are within the recommended range, your modem can maintain a stable, high-quality connection to the internet

The cable signal levels displayed on the interface page reflect the signals being transmitted by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

If you notice that these signal levels are outside the recommended range, we suggest contacting your ISP to have them reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
