So. Got my SBG8300. Need to port forward on it.
This page https://arris.my.salesforce-sites.com/consumers/kA5Qi0000003RuiKAE says you use the web portal. Great, it needs a password I don’t have. Now this page: https://arris.my.salesforce-sites.com/consumers/articles/knowledge/SBG8300-Web-Manager-First-Time-Login says there was a redirect page. Great, that never happened. Now this topic right here: https://community.surfboard.com/sbg8300-66/sbg8300-unable-to-login-on-webmanager-192-168-0-1-1256 says it’s the same as the app. Except the app doesn’t have a password. I tap logout, I tap login, I’m logged in. No password.
