SBG8300 troubleshoot,

Modem has strong  signal but still not connecting. Cable company checked all wires and inputs and signal is strong. Blue stable light on for online & WiFi. Cable company also did factory reset, still not connecting to internet. Please help so I can trouble shoot as I work from home. thank you

f the Online LED light on your SBG8300 gateway is showing blue, it typically indicates that the device is not receiving a proper signal.

To help us troubleshoot further, could you please confirm the following:

  • Are your Wi-Fi network names (SSIDs) currently broadcasting?
  • What is the internet speed plan you are subscribed to?
