Cant get into surfboard.  To check modem and no network coverage  how do I reinstall.on my phone again

Could you provide the LED light status on the modem?

Also, can you check if the Wi-Fi name is broadcasting on your devices?

Have you changed the Wi-Fi credentials, or are you using the default settings?

Since the SBC app is primarily for onboarding, you can only complete the setup if your mobile phone is connected to the Wi-Fi network.
