I have a flashing blue light and a solid green wifi light on SBG8300. What does that mean abd how do I fix it? I already recycled power a few times, used reset button a few times, and replaced coax cable. Also called ISP and they said no problems on their end.

Could you kindly confirm the name of your internet service provider and the speed plan you are currently subscribed to? Additionally, please confirm whether the Wi-Fi network names are currently being broadcast.
