We had winter weather in GA and woke up to the wifi being out. No outages from Xfinity. Restarted the router, connection shows as blue, but no wifi. Xfinity can't detect it. Ethernet connected computer can't see it. Tried doing a factory reset, but nothing happens. It seems to be basically unresponsive. Any ideas?

Since there are no lights on the Wi-Fi, I would suggest factory resetting the modem without coaxial once; if there are no changes in the behavior, I would suggest visiting www.arris.com/consumersupport . and scrolling down to locate the option “Call” or “Chat” for further assistance.
I did reach out to support and followed their instructions. They will be replacing the unit since it's still under warranty.
