Did you call spectrum and have it activated?

Hi ​@plemans it was already activated and l have been using it for over a year now. Everything was ok yesterday and only got this message from spectrum today after l discovered l have not wifi. The both lights are green. In surfboard central app, connected device is 0.

I have rebooted the modem, and still didn't get it connected or access isp for wifi

@plemans thank you for the help. I reach out to spectrum and requested for a reactivation of modem. They did a reset and it's working now.
