I have connected multiple devices to the Modem/Router combo that I bought recently. But the app is showing 0 devices connected. Is there anything I am missing to setup?

Are you checking on this your modem GUI or on the surfboard central app?

Please try restarting modem then login to the modem GUI to check the connected device list.
