I have noticed a trend with surfboard modem router internet output ports failure. This is my 2nd modem over last 3-4 years. I had same issues with previous modem . I purchased SBG8300 last year. It has 4 internet output ports. Initially first output port failed. Now all 4 ports failed. I called customer service but call doesn’t go through. I am very disappointed.
