Woke up this morning to the router only displaying the first “online” light.

 

xfinity app fails to connect from the isp side, can’t reset

switched to different coax spot in case it failed at the wall, no change. 

wifi signal no longer emitted, can’t connect to router directly

Can’t connect via ethernet cable either

powering down for a minute and powering up, no change

factory reset (press pin for longer than ten seconds), no change.

 

have I missed a troubleshooting step? 

what color is the first light? 

did you contact xfnity or just go through the app?

did you try a factory reset?
