Why does the Surfboard Central app keep saying no network available? But it show all Wi-Fi units online. And can't do a speed test .

Hello Vizer 22701,

We understand after connecting to wifi on the devices , on Surfboard Central app it shows network not available. this could be due to technical glitch . please close and reopen the Surfboard Central app if still unable to connect to wifi network do a powercycle and try again . If the issue shows is still unresolved  try after 24hrs.

For the speed test, On the sbc app , choose network and on the next page you will see the test my connection speed and click on the same to check the speed .
