Hi there, trying to complete the surfboard app set up for SBG8300 and continuously getting an error. Are there any troubleshooting steps available for iOS devices, please?

what error are you getting? 

Make sure on IOS that icloud relay and private mac/ip address are disabled

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
