I previously used the web to login in to my SBG8300 Device Manager, but receive an error number 0000-1900 that my Chrome browser version is out of date every time I log in, yet the version on the error message is an old one. I also receive the same error message if I log into the Device Manager using the Edge browser.
I downloaded the new Surfboard Central app, but when I click “Network”, the page goes through the endless refresh cycle, circling and circling and circling…..
How is this resolved so I can manage my modem/router gateway on the app?
