Hello,

Im having a hard time figuring out how to get arlo security base station to work. Arlo is telling me I need to open ports 80 and 443. I have done this but still having issues. I figured I cant be the only one who has went thru this. Thanks for any help provided. 

In this case to work on the issue  further could you please help me with few details

what error you are getting when you try to connect is it through wifi or hard wired ?

and need to confirm whether the port showing is active or not using port checker and also just make sure that you are following the same steps mentioned on the below article to do port forwarding on the GUI.
