I reset the router. I want to create a username and password and access it.
I’m able to connect to it with my laptop and it goes directly to login screen asking for my email and password. I’m not able to get past this screen.
I appreciate any suggestions.
btw, I’m using two different Surfboard routers in two locations. Can I control them both from the app?

Yes, if you are using srfboard central app you can login to the modem GUI through the surfboard app only.
Tap the Menu bar link on the top-left screen.
Tap the Access Web Interface box.
The Web Manager Login credentials are displayed next to the username and password fields. Tap the Copy button to copy the password.
You can use the same surfbaord application to setup 2modem on different place using two different email address and to access app setting the device on which the surfboard app installed should be connected to the sbg8300 wifi network.
