I’ve been talking to my internet provider about how I’m only running two PS4 devices, one LAN wired and one on WiFi. I’ve been trying to reset my connection several times for my 1,000 gig network plan, and I’ve been told they can connect modem, but they can’t connect router within my device. I’ve been told to connect the manufacturer aka ARRIS to help with this situation. HELP please

The product that you have is a Gateway device(sbg8300) that is a combination of modem and router .
Contact your Internet Service Provider and inform it is a single device which contains modem and router together and its not two devices where the modem and router are different .
