I’m trying to connect my tv to this new modem I purchased...following the instructions in the book..using the 192.168.0.1 was able to rename it but then it kicked me out and can’t get back to where I was and none of the passwords work. Please help.

View originalIn this case after changing the password for the modem GUI open a new tab then login using new login credentials or try on different web browsers, clear browsing history, cookies and catches then try using new login credentials if still you are facing same issue then you need to perform hard reset on the modem to login using the default login credentials. But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network.
