I am unable to connect the SBG8300 to the WOW network. I am connecting through the same coaxial port that my current WOW rented modem is connected to as I type this. While on the line with WOW, they said they could not find it via the HFC MAC. The lights on the modem were green and I do not have any splitters or anything complicated connected to this line. Has anyone encountered this or been able to get this router working with WOW?

SBG8300 is compatible with WOW internet service provider so if they couldn't activate modem on their end you can try self activation by accessing you service provider website or using their application, If still that doesn't help try resetting modem without coax cable for 15 to 30secs then try activating.
