Unable to connect SONY Television to Wi-Fi

How to add television to my devices. My television is not listed but other things are.

Make sure you are able to select the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Name on the network settings of Sony Television and type in the Wi-Fi Password .

You have to connect the tv to the router. Not the router to the tv.

so you’d want to check with your tv manufacturer how to join a wifi network.

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
