I am not able to sign into my routers GUI (192.168.0.1) . I login with the correct credentials and it gives me an error of "you must sign in first". Then when I try to log back in, it says someone is already logged in. Please assist!

We recommend accessing the web interface using a different browser and clearing your cookies and cache, as this often resolves login issues.
And during the initial setup, you’ll be prompted to create a password for accessing the web interface. If you’ve been using the web interface to configure your Surfboard gateway and happen to forget the password, We would recommend performing a factory reset on the device. This will restore the gateway to its default settings, allowing you to set a new password for the web interface.
