Website for email stopped working

All of a sudden I am unable to access the website (because it times out) for my email.  I had no problem since I had the SBG8300 which I bought July 2023 until a couple days ago.  The website for my email provider PA.NET is webmail.pa.net.  After I installed a VPN (Nord VPN) I can access the website.  

Comcast is my internet provider.  I checked with them and they saw no problems.  I checked with PA.NET and they could not find any problem.  I can get my email using comcast as a internet provider with no problem. 

I can get the email using Verizon on my cell phone when using only Verizon as the provider.  When I use comcast through the SBG8300 on my cell phone the email times out.  I use wireless WIFI.  I tried hooking the computer directly to the SBG8300 and still had the same problem.  I have tried 3 different computer and they all had the same problem.

The only thing common with this problem is the SBG8300.
